Customer satisfaction and confidence are of vital importance to our work at Gestilar. As such, we have developed our new Exclusive Customer Area, a private zone where you can find full updated information about the development where your property is located, and allowing you to consult a variety of general and more specific aspects about the dwelling in question.
In order to provide our customers with a satisfactory introductory experience to this new section, we have designed an After-Sales Practical Guide so as to offer you a step-by-step guide. This guide will be delivered by hand following the notarization of the conveyance, and will also be available permanently in each customer’s file.
After-Sales Service
Through this interactive section, our customers will be able to contact our team at any time, and they will take note of customer suggestions and answer their queries regarding their new home after they have moved in. Gestilar is making this commitment with the aim of offering integral customer service, even after the project has been completed.
After logging in with their personal user name and password, our customers can report any incidents arising in any part of their property, which will be recorded by date, and they can keep track of the status of the incident they have reported at any time.

We are currently developing a further two features: personalization of your home, and the documentation section, and these will be available soon.
As a committed exponent of the Gestilar philosophy, which aims to provide a fully personalized service, the first of these features will allow future owners to gradually ‘build’ their new project together with us, choosing special characteristics and finishes which will be notified directly to our sales team with whom the said changes will be formalized. It is a way of maintaining fluid contact with customers and ensuring that their needs and preferences are met at all times.
Meanwhile, the documentation section will bring together all certificates and other documents relating to the dwelling so as to make them easy to locate and access, as well as providing a channel for the service of any notices that may be required.
